Amenities & Policies

We do our best to accommodate our guests as best as possible, based on what we have available to offer. Should you need any assistance while visiting the theater, please feel free to ask the box office or house manager.

Show Day Offerings
Coat Check

While we do not have a designated coat check process, we do have hanging racks next to the front entrance, free to utilize at your discretion and personal liability.

Intermission

Unless otherwise stated, our shows typically include one 15-minute intermission, during which the community room is open for concessions and raffle basket ticket purchases.

Concessions

We typically offer light refreshments at each performance, available for cash purchase/donation in the community room prior to the show and during intermission. Please note: food and beverages other than water are not permitted in the theater, except in the case of low-mobility guests.

Health & Safety

To offer the safest environment possible for our patrons, artists, employees, volunteers and community, we have implemented the following policies:

Personal Risk & Social Responsibility

Although Green Bay Community Theater follows CDC guidelines to disinfect our facility, we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed to all potential risks for infection. By entering Green Bay Community Theater, visitors accept all personal responsibility for the medical risk associated with their presence in a public space and for those for whom they act as legal guardians. Green Bay Community Theater is not liable for illness or injury beyond what may be prevented through reasonable accommodations.

GBCT is selling tickets at full capacity. If you would like to change your seats once you arrive, visit the box office and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

Masks & Sanitizer

Masks will be available for use at individual discretion while attending shows at the theater.  We ask patrons for responsible and respectful cooperation of this policy, as our goal is to continue to provide a safe environment for everyone. Hand sanitizer stations will be available near all entryways to the theater, restrooms, and in other strategic locations.

If you are feeling ill, even just a little bit, please stay at home. The Box Office will help you exchange your tickets, convert the value into a donation or provide a refund.

"One of my favorite things about being at the theater is entertaining people and giving them a safe, great night out. It involves the whole community. People go out to eat, they come here, they see us... They laugh and learn, and we laugh and learn with them."
