Online Purchases:
To reserve seats using your Season Subscription or Flex Pass, first sign into the account used to purchase your ticket package on our ticketing website. Then, select the show, performance date and time, and seats you would like to reserve. On the checkout page, your available tickets will appear, and you may select the amount you wish to apply to your order.

Mail, Phone, or In-Person Purchases:
If you did not select your seats or performance dates at the time of purchase, expect to receive a Ticket Alert in the mail approximately 4 weeks prior to opening night of each production, which typically arrives as a blue folded mailer. Once received, please complete and return at your earliest convenience to ensure your preferred tickets are reserved.
NOTE: For tickets reserved by mail, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific seats or performance dates. We do our best to accommodate all requests, which are processed in the order they are received. If your top choices of seats or performance dates are unavailable, we will reach out to you to choose an alternative.

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or allow rescheduling of tickets after the performance date/time. Depending on availability, we may be able to reschedule tickets due to illness or other extenuating circumstances with enough advance notice prior to showtime.
We do not reschedule or cancel performances for inclement weather, except in extreme cases. Depending on availability, we may be able to reschedule tickets due to travel concerns with enough advance notice prior to showtime.
