Volunteer Opportunities
As a non-profit organization, we survive through the hard work and dedication of volunteers who help keep our building and organization running.
To stay up-to-date on current opportunities, please send us an email or fill out the form below with your name, address, and phone number, and we will add you to our volunteer newsletter list. You may also join our Green Bay Community Theater Volunteers Facebook Group.
Seasonal and Year-Round Tasks
In addition to productions, we have a number of ongoing and recurring tasks around the theater. If there is something you are interested in helping with, please contact our box office.
Show Day Volunteering
On show days, volunteers help us with ushering, will call, and pre-show concessions. No experience is necessary, and total commitment time is about one hour prior to showtime. PLUS: All show day volunteers may stay to see that day's performance for free!
Poster and Business Card Distribution
Stop by the box office at any time to pick up some posters and/or business cards for our productions to deliver around town.
Mailers
When we send mass mailings, we typically set aside a day or two to stuff envelopes, which are announced as they come up.
Cleaning, Organizing, and Historical Services
Our beautiful building can use extra hands to keep it clean and organized. Some of our biggest projects include: costumes, props, and scrapbooks of past productions.
Yard Work
Depending on the season, we can almost always use help with lawn mowing, pulling weeds, raking, or shoveling snow outside the theater.
